IDEA Architecture, part of the 4M BIM Suite, is a robust architectural design software that integrates innovative BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology. The software features a total code restructure, introducing a new BIM generation with numerous innovative features. It operates on a 64-bit architecture and includes the ODA Teigha and ITC8.x features, ensuring fast open/read/save functions and a rapid display engine.
The interface of IDEA Architecture is user-friendly, with a new ribbon menu, visual styles, and an enhanced status bar. The property panel offers advanced functions, and real-time zoom/orbit to all BIM entities is possible through their dialog boxes. The software’s modeling capabilities are extensive, allowing changes in BIM entity characteristics, grip modifications, and user-defined shapes for walls and openings.
IDEA Architecture also excels in rendering, with a redesigned algorithm that delivers high-quality results. It is fully compatible with IFC2x3, ensuring seamless integration with other BIM programs. The software includes new 3D furniture libraries and a new CAD engine with features like a notification manager, enhanced dialogs, and autocomplete commands.
