This pricing review covers the specifics of each plan, from costs and features to session limits and audience capacity, helping you choose the best fit for your needs.
Pricing Overview

This flexible approach allows businesses to adjust their plan as needs change without additional license fees. You can select either monthly or annual billing, with discounts available for annual commitments.

- Unlimited team members
This plan is perfect for those looking to try Livestorm’s features without any time restrictions, including custom branding, analytics, and basic interactive tools such as polls.
2. Pro Plan
The Pro plan is designed for businesses that require longer sessions and more contacts. Key features include:
- Up to 4-hour sessions
- Contact limits: 100, 200, 350, 500, 750, or 1000 active contacts per month – Note: The 750 and 1000 active contact tiers are available only for annual billing.

This plan includes Enterprise onboarding and training, a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), and multiple workspace management with unified billing, available as an add-on. Ideal for global enterprises, the plan also supports SAML SSO for added security and streamlined access.
Active Contacts Definition
Livestorm’s pricing revolves around “active contacts,” calculated based on interactions within a given month. An active contact is any individual who has interacted with Livestorm, whether by registering for an event or viewing a replay.
Your contact count resets monthly, and Livestorm provides usage notifications at 50%, 80%, and 100% thresholds to manage contact limits.
Managing Your Subscription
In Livestorm’s billing settings, you can monitor active contacts and adjust your plan if needed. If usage exceeds the current plan’s limit, the workspace owner will be notified, and additional attendees will be unable to register unless you upgrade.
Billing and Payments
Livestorm’s subscriptions renew monthly or annually on the original signup date. Payment options include all major credit cards, with encrypted processing through Stripe and subscription management by Chargebee.
For a smooth user experience, there are no hidden fees, and you can update billing information directly within the platform.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Canceling your subscription is simple. Visit Settings > Billing, select “Manage plan,” and then click “Cancel plan.” Upon cancelation, all event data will be removed, so it’s advisable to back up data beforehand.

Livestorm’s pricing model and robust plan options make it a versatile choice for companies of all sizes.
