it sucked nothing a rip off!! not wroth the overpriced hype!! support cussed me out and said oh well when I was having issue
I recently tried VSubs, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The first issue was the app's user interface, which is cluttered and confusing. Navigating through menus to find what I needed was frustrating and time-consuming.
The selection of subtitles was also very limited. For many popular shows and movies, subtitles were either unavailable or poorly translated. This made it difficult to follow along, especially for content in languages I'm not fluent in.
Additionally, the syncing of subtitles was a major problem. The timing was often off, leading to subtitles appearing either too early or too late. This completely ruined the viewing experience, making it hard to enjoy the content.
Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. When I reached out for assistance with the syncing issues, I received generic responses that didn't address my specific problems. It took days to get a proper reply, and even then, the solution provided was ineffective.
Overall, VSubs failed to meet my expectations in almost every aspect. I won't be using this service again and would not recommend it to others. Save your time and money and look for a more reliable subtitle service.
