This includes a recent $39 million Series B round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with contributions from other notable investors, and a previously undisclosed $11 million Series A round in 2019, bringing their total funding to $54 million.
MaintainX simplifies the lives of industrial and frontline workers by replacing traditional clipboards and spreadsheets with digital tools.
With MaintainX, workers can easily manage maintenance tasks and daily operations while maintaining a digital record.
This has led to millions of completed work orders and inspections, less wasted time, improved safety, and a clear view of everything happening across the organization.
Adobe cancels its $20 billion purchase of Figma
Adobe and Figma have mutually terminated their $20 billion merger agreement due to mounting regulatory pressure in the UK and EU.
As a result, Adobe will pay Figma a $1 billion cash reverse termination fee.
The regulators’ concerns about Adobe’s market dominance and the potential stifling of innovation with Figma’s acquisition ultimately led to this decision.
Despite their shared vision for creativity and productivity, both companies have chosen to move forward independently.
