The demo is great and everything prior to the sale is perfect. This is a scam. It is not in any way a product for sale.
Air AI is a scam. I paid $9800 over a month ago and have not received product. They do not respond to text, email, or phone calls. In fact, the phone call is dropped every time a call is made. I have reported them to the FBI. They belong in prison.
Avoid this company that's umbrellaed under Scale13. They are a bunch of scammers. All their "employees" are ai customer service- which on its face I really don't mind, until you have a real issue like under delivering/ just not delivering anything. It's a bunch of fake promises to get it sorted. You never actually talk to anyone I was told I was getting a, refund nearly a year ago... Still haven't gotten it. Now the "owner", Ryan O'donnell, who I believe is just an ai alias as well, keeps being for us to wait on a refund and sent out "contract agreements" to pay us back plus interest. I assume as some legal loophole to get out ofcriminal trouble.
Everything. The platform sucks. The customer service is all ai. The whole company is a scan. And now after claiming to have made millions of dollars a month can't raise capital, can't provide refunds... scam all over it.

not much, nothing worked with the ai and the scripts were broken. wasted lots of money to look like an idiot to the prospects we called...Will never ever use AI for calling.
not use it again and just make calls myself. I would rather waste time making calls then waste money and waste my customers time with a calling AI that doesnt even work. Never got it to work right, everyone just hung up cause the script would break 1/4 way through...We couldn't even get to our offer and what we were selling before the script crapped itself and either restarted, or never replied again...like your customer will be talking to this and responding and they just wont get a reply anymore...
Also, never sign an agency contract with them. If you want to try the service, create an account and fill it with $20 and try it with a small list of test numbers or fill it with some cold calling lists that you dont mind using as test runs...you will quickly see how shitty the platform is and how useless AI outbound calling is to a business.
It sounds great in theory but in practice, it sounds horrible, it doesn't work, its overpriced and you get no results.
They are really good at taking your payment. They will take your credit card information and bill you straight away with no delay or issues.
We signed up for Air AI in May of 2023 with a guarantee that they would 2X our sales within 6 months. The product is extremely rough, and the support is overall pretty dismissive of problems. Upon completing 6 months with $0 in sales, we asked for the refund. That was now nearly 3 months ago. Very dishonest and the product doesn't work.
