First, two subscription plans are available: Archicad Solo Version ($280 USD/mo or $2250/year) & Full Version ($320 USD/mo or $2545/year). Second, full perpetual licenses are also available - you will need to request a callback to learn about the pricing. Third, the BIM software comes with an Educational license, and educators and schools can also download Archicad for free!
