After reading the review and seeing everything that this app can do, there’s no surprise that the answer to the question above is YES. The Notion pricing packages are accessible, perfect for every need, and adaptable.

I must admit that when I tried Notion for the first time, I expected to meet a note-taking app that wasn’t better than my old friend Evernote. But, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Notion can do more than organize my ideas and notes. Or help me plan my projects on a list. Notion app also offers users the instruments to detail those projects and track them with deadlines, collaborations, dashboards, templates, or even Gantt charts. With Notion, I can develop my ideas into real projects and work on them in the same app.

First of all, Notion offers different plans, covering everyone’s or every company’s needs. Moreover, Notion offers a free plan for personal use.

So, if you are looking for a great tool to manage all your ideas and notes, you can try the free plan. Yet, if your needs are more complex, you’ll need one of their premium plans that offer advanced features.

Personal

The Personal plan, the free one, is ideal for personal use. Yet, you can collaborate with other people, a maximum of five guests. But with some limitations. With a premium plan, you can create a Workspace where your guests can create new pages, yet in the free plan, they only can co-edit individual pages.

Moreover, you can share your content with guests via a link, but they will not edit, only read and comment. The files that you want to upload can’t be bigger than 5MB. Again, I think it is ideal if you want to taste this tool and you know that you need something basic, focusing on your notes.

Personal Pro

The Notion pricing Personal plan is dedicated to individuals who want more from their note-taking app. You’ll pay $5 per month, or $48 per year, which is not that much for what it will do for you. But, still limited in collaborations, you can invite as many guests as you want to comment on or co-edit individual pages. Moreover, with the Personal Pro, you have no restrictions on the size of your files; you get a version history and all the features from the free plan.

Team

This premium plan is dedicated to teams that need everything in one place. Not only their notes but also some advanced project management features. The Team plan costs $10 per person per month or $96 per year. You’re going to get everything in the Personal Pro plan and many other features like a Collaborative workplace and admin Tools, and you get priority support. This plan is ideal if you want your team to work together on the same platform and improve their productivity.

Enterprise

They’ve designed this plan to control everything in your company and support your teams and people with the right instruments. But, of course, you’ll have to contact them for the pricing. Yet, this plan offers everything in the Team plan and many other features like Advanced security controls, SAML + Single Sign-On (SSO), Bulk PDF export, Dedicated manager, Custom contract & invoicing, and premium access to the new features.

Moreover, they offer the Personal Pro Plan for free for students and educators. This lets them collaborate with unlimited guests and gives you version history. Sign up with your school email address, and you’ll immediately gain access to these features. If you’re already on a Personal Pro Plan, change the email associated with your account to your school email address to get it for free.
