PayPal offers transparent pricing with no monthly commitment. The transaction fees for PayPal Payments range from 3.49%+$0.49 per transaction, while PayPal QR code payments fees for transactions above $10.00 are 1.9%+$0.10 per transaction. For online credit and debit card transactions, the fee is 2.59%+$0.49 per transaction, and for in-person transactions, it is 2.29%+$0.09 per transaction. Donations and charity transactions have separate rates. PayPal Here and PayPal Online Card Payment Services also have different rates for card-present and online transactions. Fixed fees apply based on the currency received.
