Essentials
The cheapest option is the Essentials plan, which is only available for businesses with ten users or fewer. Audio and video conferencing services are not included in this plan. It costs $29.99 per user per month and includes 100 free minutes. It’s the only RingCentral plan that limits the number of employees who can use it. The discounted annual fee is $19.99 per user per month.
Standard
The Standard plan costs $37.99 per user per month for up to 10 users and $39.99 per user for more than ten users. Includes everything in the Essentials plan plus 1,000 free minutes, auto-attendant, internet fax service, custom application development and deployment, and quality of service reports. It also enables unlimited audio and video conferencing for up to 100 participants and offers integrations with Office 365, G Suite, and Slack. In addition, the discounted annual fee reduces the price by $10 per month per user.
Premium
The Premium plan costs $44.99 per user per month. The Premium plan includes everything in the Standard plan, plus 2,500 free minutes, video conferencing for up to 200 people, automatic call recording, multisite support, desktop sharing, real-time analytics, single sign-on, and Salesforce and Zendesk integrations. The discounted annual price is $34.99.
Ultimate
The Ultimate plan is the most expensive option, which costs $59.99 per user per month and includes everything in the Premium plan, plus 10,000 free minutes, device health reports and alerts, and unlimited storage. The discounted annual fee is $49.99.
