Being an introvert starting in sales

Cristian: “Do you think being an introvert or an extrovert matters in sales?”

Dallin: “No, I think it’s actually a good balance. Because as I said, if new salespeople are willing to be coachable and they can also help as well, then we’re not going to have a problem with them, but if someone wants to be on their own and not talk to anyone and not help out, they’re just probably not going to last long. But I married an introvert, and it’s actually good for me.”
