Being an introvert starting in sales

Cristian: “Do you think being an introvert or an extrovert matters in sales?”

Dallin: “No, I think it’s actually a good balance because, as I said, if new salespeople are willing to be coachable and they can also help as well, then we’re not going to have a problem with them, but if someone just wants to be on their own and not talk to anyone and not help out, they’re just probably not going to last long. But I married an introvert, and it’s actually good for me.”
