Implementing an HR system for your business will save you time, money and ease your recruiting process. There are a lot of modern HR tools in the market, but you’ll have to choose the one that fits your business model and dimension. Let’s discover more about Breezy HR pricing and what plans they provide for businesses.

The Breezy HR plans are pretty expensive. That may make the platform a tough sell for smaller businesses that have a strict budget. Especially when you consider Breezy is very much a single-service product. You get recruitment tools and nothing else. This is no broad suite of enterprise tools that may make the price seem more affordable.

It may seem we are harsh on Breezy. However, that is not the case, and we think this is an excellent piece of software. For businesses that have comprehensive recruitment strategies, Breezy is something of an obvious choice. While it may seem expensive, for many organizations, it soon becomes a value for money.

Breezy HR Plans

We will take an in-depth look at the free Breezy pricing plan below. Still, we think most organizations will opt for the paid plans, so let’s start with them:

  • Startup Plan ($143 per month) – Comes with unlimited job positions, custom pipelines, unlimited candidate pools, email and calendar integrations, email support, video tutorials, webinars, and more.
  • Growth Plan ($249 per month) – all features from Startup plan with custom scorecards for interviews, employee referrals, interview guides, automated reference checking, an external portal for recruiters, eSignatures, Hello Messenger, and multiple recruitment pipelines.
  • Business Plan ($399 per month) – All benefits from the Growth plan with candidate nurture campaigns, HRMS software integrations, custom roles, candidate comparisons, job offer approvals, offer management, and more.

Is Breezy HR Free?

Breezy HR comes with a free plan, but it has severe limitations. As a result, we struggle to see who would benefit from the Bootstrap free price tier. While small businesses will find the 50 available job boards and unlimited candidates good enough, they may see a restriction to one active job position as a dealbreaker.

You also miss out on core integrations such as email and calendar, while most candidate management features are unavailable. While we always like to see a free version of powerful software, it is hard to recommend the Bootstrap plan directly. Breezy needs to do more to make this free tier something that will attract users.
