The recording experience is enhanced as you invest more in the Loom pricing plans. Thus, the Business plan gives you several premium features such as Transcription and closed captions, Filler word removal, Custom Branding, and Engagement insights. As for the number of creators, video storage, and recording length.
To find out the offer of the Enterprise plan, you have to contact the Loom team. It integrates all of the features designed for the starter and business plan, including extra ones, such as advanced content privacy, the beta version of Salesforce integration, and others.
Is there a free version of Loom?
Yes, Loom has a free version, and they say that Loom Starter plans are always free. The key features that make the free version useful are screen recording & cam bubble, Viewer insights, Team Workspace, and instant editing.
The free plan provides 5 minutes of screen recording time. In addition, you can record as many videos as you need, but you can only access 100. If you exceed the limit of 100 videos, the last ones will be deleted. You get the standard video quality in the basics, but as the pricing plan progresses, you get up to 4k.
Moreover, the screen recording software comes with another Loom for Education plan. So if you are a student, teacher, university, or school, you have 100 % free access to unlimited screen recording time. All you have to do is register into the platform with the institutional email address and verify your account via a form provided by Loom.
