Loox Free Deals
Loox Free Trial
The Loox reviews app offers you a 14-day free trial, and after that, you can choose from multiple subscriptions; the prices start from $9.99 per month and offer different features for your business.
Let’s dive into Loox Reviews Pricing plans
The Loox Beginner subscription is ideal for those who are just starting. It offers you up to 100 automatic review requests, discount codes for photo reviews, and onsite features. Moreover, you can import up to 20 reviews per product from AliExpress.
The pricing for this one is $9.99 per month.
The Loox Scale plan is the perfect tool for professional merchants and brands. You will benefit from all the features from the Beginner version and many more. This version has a “pay as you grow” pricing model. You have included 300 review requests in the base price, and all additional packages of 300 requests will cost you $35. Furthermore, with this plan, you will get integrations with Google Shopping and Facebook tab. Finally, you can remove all Loox branding.
A lot is included in the Loox Scale plan, starting from $34.99 per month.
The Loox Unlimited plan costs $599.99 per month and offers you the Scale plan features and the possibility to send unlimited review requests via email and Facebook. In addition, you have unlimited referrals, a customer success manager, and priority support.
Reviews & Referrals plans
The same three plans are also available here, the difference being the referral features added at extra cost. The extra referral features are:
- On-site
- Post-purchase
- Post-review
- Fraud Protection
The only difference is the number of monthly orders included. Loox Beginner costs $14.99/month and allows 100 monthly orders. Next, Loox Growth pricing starts from $39.99 per month for 300 monthly orders (it allows up to 6,000 at an extra cost). Finally, the Unlimited plan costs $599,99 per month and comes with unlimited monthly orders.
Yes, Loox offers a 14-day free trial for new users. This allows you to explore the features of the platform and see how it integrates with your e-commerce store before committing to a paid plan. During the trial period, you can access all the features available in the plan you choose to test.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you choose to upgrade, the new plan\’s features will be available immediately. The cost will be prorated, meaning you\’ll only pay the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
Downgrading Your Plan
When downgrading, the features of the lower plan will take effect immediately, and your next billing cycle will reflect the new, lower price. Keep in mind that if you downgrade, you might lose access to some advanced features that were available in the higher-tier plan.
This flexibility allows you to adjust your plan based on your current business needs and budget without any long-term commitment.
If you exceed the limits of your current Loox plan, several things could happen depending on the specific limit exceeded:
Review Requests:
- Basic and Advanced Plans: These plans may have limits on the number of review requests you can send based on your order volume. If you exceed this limit, Loox may prompt you to upgrade to a higher plan that accommodates more requests.
- Unlimited Plan: As the name suggests, this plan allows unlimited review requests, so there are no concerns about exceeding limits.
Features and Integrations:
- Access to Certain Features: If you’re on a lower-tier plan and need features that are only available in higher tiers (e.g., video reviews, Google Shopping integration), you will be prompted to upgrade if you try to access these features.
Plan Restrictions:
- Exceeded Plan Limits: If you exceed any specific limits (e.g., number of emails, widgets, or API calls) on your current plan, Loox will typically notify you and suggest an upgrade. Until you upgrade, you might not be able to use additional features beyond your plan’s limits.
Charges and Billing:
- Additional Charges: Generally, Loox doesn’t impose additional charges for exceeding plan limits. Instead, they prompt you to upgrade to a more suitable plan.
- Automatic Upgrade: In some cases, if your order volume significantly exceeds your current plan\’s capacity, Loox might automatically upgrade you to the next tier to ensure uninterrupted service. You’ll be notified of any changes.
It’s important to monitor your plan usage, especially during peak sales periods, to avoid interruptions in service or unexpected prompts to upgrade.
Loox is generally transparent about its pricing, and there are no hidden fees beyond the monthly subscription cost. However, there are a few scenarios where additional costs might be incurred:
Exceeding Plan Limits:
- If you exceed the limits of your current plan (such as the number of review requests or advanced features), you may be prompted to upgrade to a higher plan. While this is not a hidden fee, it is an additional cost if you need to move to a more expensive plan.
Custom Integrations or API Access:
- For businesses that require custom integrations or API access, which are typically available only on higher-tier plans like the Unlimited Plan, you might need to pay more. This isn’t a hidden fee but rather part of the pricing structure for advanced features.
Annual Subscription:
- While Loox offers a monthly subscription, you may also have the option to pay annually, often at a discounted rate. If you opt for monthly payments and later switch to an annual subscription, the cost will reflect the new billing structure, but this is generally transparent.
Third-Party Service Fees:
- If you integrate Loox with other third-party services (like Klaviyo, Google Shopping, etc.), those services may have their own fees. These are separate from Loox’s charges and are not controlled by Loox.
Currency Conversion Fees:
- If you’re paying in a currency different from your home country’s currency, your bank or payment provider might charge a currency conversion fee. This is not charged by Loox but by your financial institution.
Overall, Loox does not include hidden fees within its platform. The main costs to be aware of are the clear subscription fees and potential additional charges if you decide to upgrade your plan based on your needs.
Yes, Loox does have a refund policy, but it is somewhat limited and subject to certain conditions:
14-Day Free Trial:
-
- Loox offers a 14-day free trial for new users. This trial period allows you to explore the platform and its features without any commitment. If you decide Loox isn’t right for you, you can cancel during the trial period without being charged.
Paid Subscriptions:
- Loox generally does not offer refunds for paid subscriptions, especially once a billing cycle has started. This includes both monthly and annual subscriptions.
- However, if you encounter specific issues or are genuinely dissatisfied with the service, Loox recommends reaching out to their support team. In some cases, they may review your situation and offer a partial or full refund, though this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Automatic Renewals:
- If you forget to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, Loox might charge you for the next billing cycle. In such cases, contacting their support team promptly could help you resolve the issue, but refunds are not guaranteed.
How to Request a Refund:
If you feel you are entitled to a refund, you should contact Loox’s customer support directly through their website or by email. Provide them with details about your situation and any supporting information that might help your case.
Best Practices:
To avoid unwanted charges, it’s advisable to set a reminder for your trial period’s end date and to carefully review your subscription renewal dates. If you’re unsure about continuing with the service, make sure to cancel before the next billing cycle begins.
In summary, while Loox does not typically offer refunds for paid subscriptions, they do consider specific cases, especially if issues arise with the service. It’s best to take advantage of the free trial to ensure Loox meets your needs before committing to a paid plan.
