Or even if you have a business with a small team and want every team member to know everybody is working. Or if they have to work together on a project. All you have to do is Add Project. Todoist will remember for you what you have to do and when you have to deliver it.

The system motivates you to complete tasks on time and helps you become a better version of yourself. Whether you are a novice or a grand master, the Karma System will push you to improve your productivity.

Earning Karma points is possible by adding and completing tasks on time or by taking advantage of premium features to organize your tasks and achieve your daily/weekly goals. However, keep in mind that having more than four overdue tasks can result in losing points. Although it may sound like a game, it is a proven system that works.

Additionally, you can activate Vacation Mode, which will pause your Karma score until you return.

You can display your daily or monthly productivity in a friendly color-coded graph. Here you can have a better view of how your workflow will improve something, and so on. This feature is also included in all three plans.

Moreover, you can fix a weekly goal, and I recommend putting in a realistic number of tasks. Also, you can have an overview of your completed tasks.
