Process Street allows my team to work seamlessly from across the globe. New hires are able to be effortlessly onboarded on their own, and can always refer back to their onboarding materials at any time, reducing errors and improving their overall experience. The ability to automate with all of our other tools has been a huge benefit for us, as we are able to automatically trigger processes to start based off of events in other systems, and then push formatted data and updates back into those same systems at the end of our processes. I have no idea how I ever lived without it!
The system definitely takes a little bit of getting used to. It's a bit like Excel in the sense that it can do a million different things, so figuring out how to get started can sometimes be a challenge. Luckily, they do have excellent support, and a plethora of both templates and AI features that make creating and importing processes extremely easy.
Process Street is a total game-changer and directly contributed to exponentially scaling our startup. It helped us document our SOPs and workflows, maintain accountability, collaborate cross-functionally and build a culture of continuous improvement. The comment section on each task as well as the user/date/time stamp on each field were key to tracking progress and ensuring nothing slipped through the cracks. We also had an archive of all our completed workflow runs that we could search. This is an incredible platform that is continuously growing and improving over time.
Expanded functionality in the Forms feature as well as more native integration options would be exceptional improvements to the platform!
Process Street has improved our workflow management. It simplifies creating, tracking, and optimizing workflows. The conditional logic feature allows for customization, and integration with tools like Slack and Google Sheets increases efficiency. Recommended for teams looking to improve operations.
Hard to say what could be improved, we love the product. It would be nice to have some sort of sandbox environment, where I can test workflows before publishing them, but I've been told this feature is coming soon.
The platform's user permissions are comprehensive and easy to manage, allowing us to control access with precision and thereby protect sensitive information.

I love the simplicity and speed to get a process up and running. You don't need to know any code to build and deploy processes.....which is a huge bonus. It's easy for everyone to keep track of everything they need to do which has historically been problematic. I really like the auto-created dashboards that keep everything organized and prioritized as well.
The integration and automation capabilities are also nice. I love how I can use their built integration options or use the automation tool of my choice to connect to other apps.
Would be awesome to see more AI functionality. The recently deployed AI features to create workflows and perform AI related analysis on information in workflows is pretty amazing, but I can't wait to see these functions get even better as AI continues to grow.
I cannot imagine working without using Process Street. It is the perfect tool for storing processes and creating a great interactive experience for employees as they complete their tasks. Since it's so flexible as well, any industry can use Process Street for any of their recurring processes.
I can't think of anything I would improve. The Product and Support teams are very quick to help and gather product feedback, and there's consistently new features coming out based on the feedback Process Street has received.
We appreciate how Process Street continuously updates and improves its features based on user feedback, showing a true commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall the platform has everything I want. The only thing I would ask them to work on is a wider range of native integrations so I don't have to rely on Zapier/make.com
The real-time collaboration in Process Street has eliminated delays in project approvals and decisions, streamlining our management procedures.
It's packed with so many features we can't live without it!
I'd like better formatting options in Pages, since we're adding all our company How-tos and Company information in there but otherwise all good!
User-friendly, easy to set up, a lot of automations that save me a lot of time. Their support is also amazing whenever you need help setting up your processes.
Nothing, this tool is really amazing, even when they have bugs or issues, they work on resolving them on a timely manner.
I love the ease of use and how productive it makes me! My time is so much better spent having my processes streamlined and all our documentation in one place.
I wish I could edit a workflow and then test it before pushing changes to the current process. I heard this is in the works though.
