How much does Zoho Survey cost?
Zoho Survey pricing covers a wide selection of customer demands, from the ultra-budget individual to small businesses and major organizations. In fact, Zoho Survey pricing plans are perhaps the most diverse of all survey services, another reason why you may choose this product over some rivals.
There are three price plans available depending on your needs:
- Plus Plan – This tier costs $35 per month and gets you unlimited surveys with unlimited questions. You can also get as many responses as you want. There are also logic features for advanced survey development, such as auto-fill, spam protection, and customization tools. You can also start using integrations with third-party apps.
- Pro Plan – Moving up to the next level of Zoho Survey Pricing, the Pro Plan costs $49 each month and includes everything in the Plus Plan. You will also find white labeling features, multilingual surveys, more integrations, and report analysis here.
- Enterprise Plan – For $109 per month, you can get all the benefits of the Plus and Pro tiers with deeper user management with role-based permissions.
Is Zoho Survey Free?
Importantly, Zoho Survey also has a free version, which is surprisingly robust for a no-cost solution. It has many features and perks, including the ability to create as many surveys as you want. However, your surveys will be limited to just ten questions on the free plan.
Further restrictions include only being able to gather 100 responses for each survey. Still, with the 200 templates and support for including surveys in emails and social media, the free tier is good enough if you only create small surveys.
