Tell us your opinion about Deel and help others.
I have been using Deel for the company since 2021, and I am happy with it. I briefly wanted to change it, but as I got more acquainted with what was available on the market, I decided to stick with it.
What I like the most about Deel is the easy-to-use interface, even though they have complicated it in the last two years. However, the fact that they work with 140+ countries allows me to higher contractors from all around the world with contracts suitable for their respective countries, more than makes up for that.
Moreover, they are very good at advertising their services so each time they launch a new feature, it makes it easy to test and see if it is something you might need.
Last, a feature that I enjoyed very much in the last year is the misclassification and the background check for new hires. The contractors I work with are also very happy with the advance payment and the reimbursement feature. What makes me happy is that I don't have to take care of it myself; Deel handles the whole process.
I do highly recommend Deel to any company that works with a lot of internationals, doesn't necessarily have the budget for an HR team or a Payroll specialist; it will make your life easier.
I am not necessarily a fan of their customer support, with whom I have dealt quite a few times. The problems that I encountered were related to payments that left our bank account but did not reach the contractor. It was solved, however, I had to go through a few customer service people to solve it. So, in my opinion, they need to invest in better customer support.
