During the meeting, you can take minutes on the column provided for it. Also, you can assign tasks to people with a due date attached to them. You will also find a column for taking attendance. You can get documents from One Drive, Google Docs, or Dropbox.

For the people directory area, you can see everyone in the organization and their contact information. However, you can only see their activities if you’re an admin. So, as an admin, you can see members that are active on Boardable.
