You can also log in using Google Or log in without a password (If you use this, a link will be sent to you to get the product).
After you log in, you will see different boards to choose from—the one for single and multiple organizations.
Not the dashboard you choose; you will see a column to fill in your organization’s mission statement, and you will find a place to view tasks assigned to you and other upcoming meetings or scheduled meetings and add your time. The navigation button is found on the left-hand side of the page. You will also find the settings for admins there.
How to add a meeting?
To add a meeting, you will need to click on “add the meeting.” Then select the day of the meeting. A scheduler button is used when you want multiple times for attendees to select from. After that, you are free to add as many things that will make your meeting go well, such as your agenda.
To create your agenda, you can do it from scratch or use the in-built template on Boardable. After creating your agenda, you are free to publish your meeting. Then, you will need to inform the attendees of the meeting with a custom message.
During the meeting, you can take minutes on the column provided for it. Also, you can assign tasks to people with a due date attached to them. You will also find a column for taking attendance. You can get documents from One Drive, Google Docs, or Dropbox.
For the people directory area, you can see everyone in the organization and their contact information. However, you can only see their activities if you’re an admin. So, as an admin, you can see members that are active on Boardable. In addition, there are other different functionalities: the poll functionality, the discussion functionality, the task, and the document center.
