What do you like best about Markopolo AI
The site is a complete Rip-Off. After the trial period had ended, my account was charged $599. No response to messages or emails. No phone number listed on company website. Only thing they do respond to is negative reviews.
What would you improve about Markopolo AI
I had a frustrating experience with Markopolo AI. After my trial period ended, I was charged $599 for a "Growth Plan" subscription, despite never signing up, upgrading, or authorizing it. The billing cycle listed on my profile (April 9, 2026 – May 9, 2026) made no sense, and my account was set to cancel on May 10, 2026. (Today's date: 05-15-2025)
I reached out multiple times via emails and messages to resolve this issue but received no response. However, after posting a review on Trustpilot, I was immediately contacted by their product manager, who assured me that a refund would be processed. They also asked me to remove my review. Trustpilot had three day waiver for me to verify my review that time is ending soon. I have not received my refund or any further communication from Markopolo AI.
This lack of accountability and responsiveness is unacceptable. If you’re considering their services, be cautious—especially with unexpected charges and their customer support process.
