Wrike Free
Free Plan
The free plan is aimed at teams that want to get started with Wrike. Wrike Free plan offers a generous set of features that are optimal for teams of less than five. Even though Write mentions unlimited users on their pricing page, it is best used for teams with less than five members. With a Free plan, you get access to 2 GB storage space per account — which is enough if you are trying out Wrike or working on a small project. You can access Wrike from mobile apps, desktop, and web and also do account-wide work schedules. The Free plan does come with some limitations, including active task limitations.
The Free plan also gives access to:
- Personalized app experience using AI Work Intelligence
- Live activity across task levels and global projects
- Internal and external collaborators
- Cloud storage integrations including MSFT Office, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Box.
- Task and subtask management
- Interactive spreadsheet and board views
Professional
The Professional plan builds upon the Free plan. Here, you get everything that the Free plan has to offer. The Professional plan starts from $9.80 per user per month and is aimed at fast-growing teams. The plan is great for 5 to 200 users. Each user gets 1 to 2 GB of storage. Apart from the features offered in the Free plan, the Professional plan features include:
- Interactive Gantt charts
- Shareable dashboards
- Productivity integrations(MS Project, RSS, and Excel)
- 1 to 2 GB of storage per user
Business
Write Business plan offers a big jump over the Professional plan. The Business plan is best suited for organizations where teams require customization. The plan includes everything that the Professional plan includes and adds significant features to the plan. The first big difference is the storage per user which increases from 2 GB per user to 5 GB per user. However, the big feature that a Business plan offers is the Automation engine which gives teams access to automation. The automation engine is limited to 200 actions per user per month. Apart from that, an organization can completely brand its workspace and work with it.

The administrator can also manage teams with custom access roles, admin permissions, and password policies. In addition, the enterprise plan takes Automation Engine to a whole new level offering 1000 actions/user/month. Also, each user gets access to 10 GB of storage per user.
