Soon – employee scheduling app
Soon is an effective collaboration team app designed to help you schedule your team members. The app allows team managers to see their team’s availability and assign tasks and projects, which people can track through the project dashboard. You can also manage your team member’s time using a neat time-tracking feature, enabling you to assign tasks and track the time employees spend on them.
Carl Anchér is the CEO of Soon; he created the app with his co-founder, Henrik Evrell. They are a small team based in Europe, the Netherlands. Apart from this, Soon has a clean interface that allows you to view all the relevant details of a particular employee at a glance. Furthermore, it keeps everything organized, so it’s easy for management to check how far along employees are in various projects or tasks.
Moreover, the app helps managers see if their employees follow up on their assigned tasks and keep scheduled meetings with clients or other stakeholders. Also, Soon offers free scheduling for one employee per user, but the premium version offers advanced features like group scheduling, project tracking, time tracking, calendar management, and expense reporting.
What is Soon?
Soon is a time tracking and scheduling app, which helps you manage your team members and clients and track your time, monitor hours worked, and billable hours. It’s very simple to use but provides all the features required to keep your employees productive. In addition, you will be able to start using Soon with little or no technical knowledge.
The feature that sets Soon apart from other time tracking apps is its ability to sync with your payroll provider so that every worker receives their expected pay at the right time. Once you’ve configured an employee in Soon, it’s very easy for them to receive their pay. Also, the interface makes this simple by allowing the employee to verify their payment details automatically. They need to be logged into the app when they get their paycheck.
Soon also allows you access to detailed reports on the number of hours worked by each employee during each day of the week. The reporting is done so that people can easily import the data into Excel or any other spreadsheet program for further analysis. The employee scheduling app is the right tool for employees, managers, and business owners looking for an effective way to manage their teams.
This self-scheduling app is perfect for customer support and service desk centers, especially e-commerce, banking, and finTech. It’s also suitable for contractors and construction companies. These are the platforms that Soon supports: Windows, Mac, Linux, iOs, and Android.
