What is Kixie?

Kixie is a sales engagement platform that allows sales teams to make ultra-reliable, easily automated calls and texts for top CRMs. With just one click, users can phone or SMS numbers from any Google Chrome webpage. Next, they can document every interaction immediately in their CRM.

It automatically logs calls, texts, dispositions, and activities, saving time and increasing productivity. It offers a range of capabilities, including call recording, programmable call routing, call tracking, click-to-call dialing list, and auto-dialing choices. The solution also allows training new sales staff using the Call Coaching capability and collecting sales information like conversion rate.
