What is GoTo Connect?

GoTo Connect is an all-in-one communications solution designed for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). It is a cloud phone system that combines VoIP phone system characteristics with online, audio, and video conferencing capabilities from GoToMeeting to produce a straightforward, flexible solution.

You can communicate and collaborate with your team and clients from any location with a wholly integrated phone, meeting, and messaging system. You can take advantage of features like call forwarding, virtual voicemail, and secure video conferencing.

In addition to inclusive minutes for local, long-distance, and international calls, the platform enables audio and video conferencing with screen sharing for groups of up to 250 people, messaging for 1:1, Group Chat, Team channels, file sharing, and SMS for external messages. Additionally, it provides unlimited extensions, toll-free lines, and the option to set up a phone tree directory for the entire organization.
