What is 3CX?

3CX is a software-based PBX solution that enables businesses to engage with their customers via voice, video, and chat. Call records and reporting are included, along with advanced queue techniques and integration with different CRMs.

Using call workflows, the VoIP software provides one interface for responding to live chat, Facebook messaging, and SMS from customers. This eliminates time-consuming processes for agents. It can be set up locally or in the cloud, and free iOS and Android mobile apps are available for remote access.

It provides infinite user video conferencing and collaboration thanks to its app-free web conferencing, document sharing, and remote help solutions. By replacing conventional PBXs, it also delivers financial savings, enabling businesses of all sizes to lower telecom expenses, increase employee productivity, and improve customer experience.

Pricing Details:

3CX offers both hosted and self-managed pricing plans. Hosted plans start at $175 p.a. (for 10 users), while self-managed plans start at $145 p.a. (4 simultaneous calls). Pricing is based on the number of simultaneous calls needed and the number of users and includes all features. Hoster plans are free for up to 10 users.
