What is eFileCabinet?

eFileCabinet is a complete and accurate document management software solution that enables businesses to run their operations more effectively and efficiently. Smart automation, workflow creation, templates, sharing, file requests, governance, e-signature with KBA/OTP, desktop app, email imports, access links, dual-screen previewer, missing item search, and forms are among the features available.

Cloud View is another feature that automatically backs up files to the cloud while remaining on-premise/desktop, making them accessible from any device with internet access.

Users can use SecureDrawer to securely upload and receive files from customers while adhering to regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, SEC, and FINRA. Sidekick, a powerful function that instantly synchronizes, gives you instant access to everything stored in the app. Other features include Zonal OCR, a simple way to organize customer information, and Outlook drag-and-drop functionality.

Rubex is developed by eFileCabinet, and it provides businesses with smart automation, workflow creation, customizability, and control features. It organizes, names, and stores files automatically based on the information contained within them, and it provides snapshots of ongoing workflows to monitor processes across the organization.

Businesses can use Rubex to create templates for standardized folder structures and document names, to securely share files with custom permissions and notifications, to send file requests to clients and partners, and to set governance for individual documents and entire folders. It also supports eSignatures using knowledge-based authentication (KBA) or one-time passcodes (OTP), as well as desktop and mobile access, email imports, dual-screen previewing, missing item search, and form creation.
